All intellectual property, proprietary algorithms, code frameworks, and website content created by PINSeed Labs prior to or outside client-specific SOWs remain the sole property of PINSEED LABS SDN. BHD. Upon full payment of project invoices, client deliverables intellectual property shall transfer in accordance with the specific SOW terms.
In no event shall PINSEED LABS SDN. BHD., its directors, employees, or partners be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of our services, beyond the total fee paid for the specific service under dispute.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any legal disputes arising hereunder shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
